Jennifer，別名「Vin-nifer（酒妮花）」。血型：酒，酒跟她成了一體。熱愛各類美酒，並醉心酒學的她，現正從事葡萄酒教育和葡萄酒活動籌劃工作。除了愛酒，她也愛旅遊和不同的生活體驗，更愛與別人分享當中的樂趣，一起細味生活。
主力透過創新和體驗學習，讓葡萄酒愛好者和學習者認識葡萄酒，她主持的「暗中品酒」更是香港唯一於完全黑暗的環境品試葡萄酒的真味，絕對是嶄新獨特的體驗。
她現時任教於香港大學專業進修學院、香港中文大學專業進修學院、香港管理專業協會，亦曾於香港職業訓練局高峰進修學院和香港專業教育學院（柴灣）任職客席講師。
她曾於信報、明報、AM730、本地葡萄酒雜誌CRU及Wine & Spirits．酒誌、中國葡萄酒雜誌FINE WINE、中國葡萄酒雜誌WINE及多家學會圑體的定期刊物撰文，分享多年來的遊歷及酒食體驗。
近年，她愛上了到酒區跑馬拉松，以帶來葡萄酒旅遊體驗的新感受。她已成功跑畢Marathon du Médoc 2012、Marathon du Vignoble d'Alsace 2013和Napa-to-Sonoma Half Marathon 2019，亦曾參與Run in Reims 2015。

Jennifer. Blood type: wine (and spirit). Wine (and spirit) and her are one. Passionate about wines, Jennifer is a wine educator and wine event organizer. Apart from wines, she loves travel and different living experiences. She likes sharing the joy with all around.
Focused on innovation and experiential learning, she hosts Hong Kong's only wine tasting in complete darkness - ‘Wine Tasting in the Dark’ - to bring completely new and unique experience to wine lovers and wine learners.
She also teaches at HKU SPACE, School of Continuing and Professional Studies (The Chinese University of Hong Kong), and Hong Kong Management Association. She was also guest lecturer at Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) and Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Chaiwan).
She was also a freelance travel/ wine writer for Hong Kong Economic Journal, Ming Pao Newspaper, local wine magazine CRU and Wine & Spirits, Mainland Chinese wine magazine FINE WINE, Mainland Chinese wine magazine WINE, and regular publications of various associations.
In recent years, she has fallen in love with running marathon in wine regions - a special way to broaden her wine traveller experience. She has successfully completed Marathon du Médoc 2012, Marathon du Vignoble d'Alsace 2013, Napa-to-Sonoma Half Marathon 2019 and participated in Run in Reims 2015.
